CM10 UNOFFICIAL (BETA) for Droid Razr HD (XT926) - Consumer and Developer Edition

Well I have been working since release pretty much on getting this to a semi functional state....So here it is CM10 (4.1.2) for the Droid Razr HD. This will work on both the retail consumer edition with SafeStrap3 and on the developer edition with CWM or TWRP recovery.

Thanks as always to:
Hashcode for always answering my questions
DroidTh3ory for getting me into this
Epinter for helping me get the ball rolling and fixing wifi and other things
Google for the source and awesome android
CM for all the mods and code fixes

OK first things first:

SafeStrap Version 3 for Consumer edition can be found here:

Working features:
Data: Should come up in 4G now
Voice Calls: Both speaker phone and handset speaker now
SMS/MMS: You may get random texts from VZWNMN Google for instructions to disable this
WIFI: Working in SafeStrap too thanks to some init*rc magic
Wifi Hotspot: Working
Bluetooth: Appears to work fine tested with headset for calls

What doesn't work (that I know of):
Wifi Direct, NFC, Camera

This supposed to work with the Moto ICS or Moto JB build?

Hmm...I haven't had a chance to flash yet, but I assume you are using the Razr HD or Maxx HD and you activated rom-slotX and did all the wiping stuff right? (factory data reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, format system) and then you installed first the rom & then the gapps?
I'm not trying to sound sarcastic, just making sure you've got that procedure down, since it's not posted in the OP, lol ;)

That's all I can think of offhand, as I'm no dev, and therefore have no idea what would cause the boot loop...but hopefully we'll get you up & running soon

I know you're not sounding sarcastic.... lol. I've installed roms for a while, and I have NO idea what I'm doing. Would placing it in the wrong place have something to do with it?

This will work with ICS installed in the stock slot? I tried and I'm stuck on the cyanogenmod boot logo. It has been going for about 15 minutes now.

For anyone who happens to be running their HD on t-mobile or AT&T with the Aussie radio via the method on

the radio will crash while running this. To get this to work with the above setup I edited my /system/build.prop to get this working with GSM. I don't know if you *HAVE* to make all 3 but this is what I did.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

ro.mot.phonemode.vzw4gphone=1 change 1 to 0

telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice=1 change 1 to 0

ro.telephony.default_network=10 change 10 to 3

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Seems to be working well for me so far.

This is in no way supported by Hashcode or DHacker at this point so please don't go filing bug reports to them while running this setup. They have enough BS to deal with without adding stuff like this to their plate :P
