The 4.2.1 gapps are to neon devices which does not include the Bionic and Xoom. The EOS gapps are for non neon devices and work well on the Xoom running an experimental CM 10.1. They appear to work well on the Bionic, as well.

See my last response, above. If you read the notes on the download table for the gapps, you will see that they are not made to be compatible with the bionic or other non neon devices. They are not "cm gapps" although the table shows which cm versions the work with.

I can confirm that the eos gapps mentioned above is a great tip. They do work with the bionic. With pudding camera app the camera works and gps locks on in 3 seconds flat in maps. I will enjoy this great Hashcode build. Thank you Hashcode :) and Aldroid33 for the gapps tip.

I found the EOS Xoom only dated 12/16. Nothing mentioned about non-neon devices. Can one of you confirm MD5 starting c94d7799 and ending with 7adcffe? It would be much appreciated.

Hmm maybe. I see it in tibu, contacts, ect. I'll give it a while and wipe again if it persists. Thanks for the heads up.
