Yup.  And for about 2 seconds (probably due to the cancellations from people getting free shipping and/or the version they wanted from Moto) it was available again on the play store.  This is just stupid.  Plus this comment from a DL article:

hmm, I am sitting at the process order page it and it shows Nov 12. interesting.....how hard is it for these conglomerates to make a damn list and then deliver??? what kind of nonsense is out of stock??? of course its out of stock since it hasnt been made yet.

I just talked to my Verizon rep. He said Verizon will NOT be selling the Nexus 6 hope he's wrong

That actually could be true as there was a reddit post suggesting that vzw wanted their own version of the nx6 and were trying to hash out the details with google.  You'll notice that google no longer lists vzw as a carrier selling the nx6.  While the one sold in the play store does work, it remains to be seen if they'll allow activation on their network.  This could get ugly.

The way I took that was just that Verizon wasn't going to officially sell it in November, but later,  as we all know their internal testing is not the quickest around.....

I'm taking it as "later....as in MUCH MUCH later....closer to the never time frame."  LMAO We don't know anything for sure at this point.  Only speculation.

He told me Verizon phones MUST have 2 things : #1: a Verizon logo #2: their/partners bloatware.... Now we all know the Nexus is pure AOSP so that's why Verizon is being a punk rear end. I love their service but yeah..... They need to tone down their big red ego! Haha

We all assumed exactly that as being the reason for the dispute.  Which is why they wanted their own (branded) model.  Google said no.

Here's the question though... Is it possible that VZW and Google have a contract to allow service?
If they do..then if VZW decides to pull a fast one and disallow on their network, possible breach of contact.
If the contract stipulated a VZW logo and Google said no..then us VZW customers with a N6 are not going to be happy at all!

We have NO IDEA AT ALL what google and vzw had for negotiations going on.  I can't even speculate at this point.  I know that Kellen's NX6 was able to work on VZW by popping a sim in it.  But he did not activate it, and therein lies the potential problem.  If you just pop a sim, you're probably good to go.  If you try to activate it, VZW may tell you to sod off.  We simply don't know at this point.

I get the email just now telling me Moto has it on sale, went on sale at 9am PDT and its already gone again......WTF is wrong with these damn idiots.
