I just got one of the brand new Pentium 2 processors. It looks like it has hyper threading, and goes a little faster when you push the turbo button, You guys seen these yet? I doubt you have, its kind of a big deal.

I'm actually not sure what she is referring to, snives. If she was talking about the 1997-era Pentium II, Hyperthreading hadn't even been invented yet. And those ran at their full clock speed all the time, there was no "turbo" function.
There IS a current model Pentium which is a step above the Celeron, and a step below the Core i3. However, it lacks both hyperthreading and turbo boost. So I am not clear at all as to what NerdyGirl is referring to.
