I already changed my google account password. But will the content of my Google Drive still be accessible on the phone?

Anything that requires your Google account is safe if you have changed your password unless you have stuff stored offline which case it won't have access to the online stuff. Every time you open a Google app it authenticates so when they try to open Drive it should fail to login. Should...

Lookout can track the phone... lock it...make it scream or wipe all data remotely. The carrier should be able to track also, assuming it's being used with the original unaltered sim. So yeah I'd try to install it via google play on a pc and see.

Edit: forget the remote install... you need to accept the terms of service first and set it up...........

Yeah I was thinking you needed device admin and/or root permissions to do that... I use Cerberus and I have to set it up every ROM

Edit: you can agree to TOS on google play store, it's the setup where you run into trouble.

I read that if you have the google app policy, you can remotely wipe. Is this something more powerful or it just works like lookout?
