If anything, this forum is about second chances. We break our warranties and our bootloaders so devs can build and keep our devices in the game.
Permabanning nprevette420 is shameful and he ought to be forgiven.

I don't even know where to start with this post but I'll start here...
What is unfair, is putting droidrzr.com in the position where they could be exposed to possible legal consequences. Devs spend hours upon hours to make apps, and to support their development, or themselves, and also to provide new features or new apps include premium features at a modest charge. Patching these apps so people can obtain those premium features free of charge is UNFAIR.
This site has a very standard piracy policy and it is clear to ANYONE who takes the time to actually READ the site rules that piracy will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.
Developers do not provide their work because users void their warranties. Developers provide their work really as a FAVOR to users who do not have the time or knowledge to build for themselves and to help improve the community as a whole and also because it is fun (for the most part). Users provide little to nothing to the process so please don't act like you're doing anyone any favors except yourself.
nprevette420 CHOSE to do what he did and should have known the consequences PERIOD. If you choose to support this kind of behavior and the questionable behavior of that team then that's fine but when GOOD developers, who contribute so much of what you enjoy, close their source and limit your choices don't be surprised or upset because it is already happening.
Whether or not he is reinstated is a decision the staff will have to make. Right now they should be commended for acting quickly to resolve this issue. For protecting the integrity and reputation of the site and doing the right thing even if it was a hard decision.

Check you're respective devices as I believe the updates have been merged into the CM nightly releases already.
According to the title: 5.1.0_r5 -> 5.1.1_r1
