I have a class 10 SDXC 64GB in my RAZR. Should work in an HD as well.I have a Droid 2 Global and it never properly supported my Class 8(?) sd card. In fact Class 4 was the max it would handle if memory serves me right. So has any one managed to get Class 8 or higher working properly on the Razr HD?
You can generally use any class SD card in any device. It will depend on how fast the device can read/write to the card if it does not support speeds as high as a class 8/10.

I think it is a little bit more then simple read/write processing ability because on my D2G, it would constantly make the SD card appear as R/O, when it was in fact R/W. Actually that was my Class 6 or 8 card. I tried a class 10, I believe, it was causing the phone to randomly reboot all the time.It will depend on how fast the device can read/write to the card.
Regardles, of the root cause, that's in the past. Since the Razr HD Maxx was on sale, I was able to pick it up today instead of the plain Razr HD, so I am hopping I can find my old SD card now. It got lost in the shuffle with the move a few months back.

Everything I have seen says that 64gbs won't work, that 32 is the most. You have it working consistently?

I have been using a 64gb class 10 for 3 or 4 months now on the HD and never had any problems... FYI
