Here is a simple apex Christmas theme. Just thought I would share it. No walls or themed icons. It will only be available till Christmas then it will be gone.

Do i flash this in recovery with cache/dalvik wipe? Thanks for putting this out

Its app you install. Its a theme for apex launcher. You first have to have apex launcher installed then install this like any market app. Then hit menu> theme settings and apply xmas theme.:)

Just change the name from theme.zip to theme.apk lol or extract it

Ok try this, download then extract. I put apk in a folder and zipped it up.let me know if this works for you. Sorry about this.
