Just read on Droid-Life that someone did get it to download and it is Jelly Bean. No Screenshots of it yet though to prove

I am holding until confirmation of a solution to wifi tether. Apparently nothing works on JB except paying Verizon. If so, no thanks I will stick to my ICS rom.

My wifes phone had the update available and when she clicked download it failed right from the start. Waiting for the update again on both devices.
