Some current Questions and Answers...

Where can I download the update?

Can I get the update from Settings > About Phone? Not as of the writing of this. Unless you got it rolled out to you. Not fully pushed yet.

Will I lose root? If you don't root on ICS 6.16.211 and follow the directions in the News section about using OTA Rootkeeper, most likely you will.

How big is the update? 331.7 MB.

Does ____ work on it? Hold your horses. Not sure yet.

Can we downgrade back to 6.16.211 Ice Cream Sandwich update? NO.

Can we fastboot directly to Jellybean? We don't have the fastboot XML.zip yet for this firmware. Maybe later.

Can we root on Jellybean if I already updated and didn't protect root? Nope.. not yet anyway. Maybe a long way down the road.

I used Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper and I still lost root/cannot restore root! Download and run this in Windows. USB Debugging Enabled, MTP mode.

Thanks for following and helping with this update Matt. I know you've moved on to other devices now but its awesome seeing you help out with everything else. I would be shocked if you didnt though, always digging the new tech.

It's amazing that nobody has been able to capture and post the zip file for side-loading. Now it appears the update may have been a mistake (no surprise there), and it may have been pulled from the servers. :-( I hope not, or hope that a side-load copy eventually surfaces.

Nevermind... Link above my Post. Ninja'd! :/ LOL!

I just got a failed update today too. Then checked and said "device is up to date". Did I miss my chance at JB?

Put it on your external sd, boot into recovery, and flash it! Easy.
