You can be the judge on if it boosts your quality or not. I have tested it out on several different audio sources, an can say I notice a big improvement.

Yes you need to be rooted !!!
Yes it works on stock and deodex systems.

This is a nice app to have, found it a few weeks ago when a buddy of mine suggested it as he was trying it out on his SGS III. He and I, both had Beats on our old HTC EVO's. The app works well for him, works me, great app!

Does anybody know where I can get the stock jb drivers/files that this replaces or overwrites I hit the install button without backing up and now everything sounds more quiet so I would like to find a way to put the stock stuff back without having to flash back and do the whole root and setting things back up any help would be appreciated

install using the Aroma full version... use the universal plugin when prompted, I personally am using it with just Awesome Beats (dsp manager)... but depends on what version of OS u are on... try noxoide... I found it too hectic to go that route..

Also, where it gives you the build.prop additions... those will NOT be added automatically, I have checked,... once the installation is done... go and add those lines to the buildprop.... excluding the "resampling" part

I just installed this 2 days ago and can say that there is a noticeable difference as well. The audio on the N7 is actually the only issues that I've ever had and this has helped out with that.

I knew I had the right link for Beats around here somewhere that was not tied to an HTC, this is not the one as mentioned in the OP, I am really enjoying it right now and the Developer updated the thread 2 days ago.
