Being a customer of Verizon does pay off. Been a customer of verizon since 1998. Called them told them my situation. I should recieve my new Razr Hd within 2 weeks. And I get to keep the original. I love you Verizon.

Would love to know as well. I just received my HD a week ago in exchange for a maxx. I tried getting the Maxx HD they wouldn't budge. But the good thing is that my HD they sent was new and not certified like new .
