So, I was wondering if anyone knows a way to make a hotkey that when I press it the file opens in a different program. For instance I want all of my images on my computer to open in Picasa. Right now they do that. However when I edit I want to open them in photoshop. I would like that when I hold down shift and double click an image file, it opens in photoshop. Does anyone know a way to do this in windows or a program? This would also be useful for when I do HTML editing. I could double click it to open in chrome, but when I want to edit the file I could hold shift down and it opens in an an editor.
I am not looking for a way to have a keyboard hot key that allows me to open photoshop. That is what my google searches are turning up currently.
