Stuck In Fastboot

Essentially, I'm stuck in fastboot. Here's what happened.
1. Installed safestrap recovery
2. Flashed IC3 in the safemode
3. Used that for a while (although I mostly used non-safe stock .748 because of data connectivity problems)
4. Decided to try out another ROM. Used RSD Lite to get back to stock .744 and ran the OTA to get to .748
5. Rerooted and installed bootstrap recovery
6. Flashed Absym Extreme 1.0, the 1.1 update for it, and the 1% battery mod, all in one go. (I think this was probably a mistake...)
7. Went to boot, and was stuck in a bootloop. I'm pretty sure it was a bootloop, although admittedly not 100% because the boot animation makes it hard to tell. It never went back to the Motorola logo, but it never booted (let it go for about half an hour).
8. Decided to do RSD again, and it failed at step 18. Tried again, failed at step 12. Now it's stuck in fastboot (holding power + vol up + vol down and picking ANY of those options just brings me to fast boot). I can't shut down the phone.
I think it might be a low battery issue, too (I had around 75% when I flashed Absym, but I think it trying to boot into Absym might have drained the battery significantly).
The screen says this when trying to boot or go into recovery:
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

+1Yes step 6 was the problem droid th3orys op stated not to do that. Ur battery is the issue you can either purchase a factory cable from team black hat or follow the instructions from a thread in drzr.com to make your own.

Gotta buy one or make your own like Tmc says. Its unfortunate people don't read the huge red font on the RSD Lite guide about battery power recommended at LEAST 70%
Please do not Personal Message me for help or troubleshooting. They will be ignored. Post in threads or start one in Q&A sections.

Honestly, I know it causes problems, it just didn't even register at the time I did it. I kinda realized it right afterward. xP
