If i flash multiple ROMs using safestrap, would it be possible to make backups of each custom ROM once i have all my settings saved ( on the safe side ofc) that way when i wanted to change i could just wipe and restore the backup of the ROM i want? And if this is this case, is there any way to rename the backup files so i knew which backup pertains to which ROM?

Yes. Just remember to wipe..wipe..wipe between flashing backups. They will all need to be based off your phones current state.. ie .744,748 etc.
