Didn't see anything posted about this. Applied the latest update 6.12.173.XT912.Verizon.en.US, and found that trying to add an app to a homescreen from the 'recently used' app menu causes a force close and then opens up the most recent app you've been using.
Has this always been a bug? I can't remember if I've tried it before.
