I've seen a decent amount of posts regarding this but I'm still new to this whole "rooting" thing. I rooted my phone awhile back and deleted a few programs with TB. With the new update that has been pushed out today, my installation fails, which I knew it would based on what I've read. So, with that being said...

...pretending I'm in kindergarten and I know nothing about anything as far as fast boot, etc can someone let me know exactly what I have to do to downgrade my current version (to get my deleted apps back)? I know how to root, backup my apps and how to save root before the new update. I just don't know/understand how to downgrade, what files I need, etc.
