Only only thing is the INIT.D is starting on ICS because Safe Strap seems to hate it. The other mods are in the build though. This MOD has a specific build prop for 173. So, unless that was removed from the ZIP and you are not running ICS in a Safe System you can flash it and it will enable the INIT.D and Zipaligning.

I'm using bootstrap so im good ill strip the build.prop out and flash it. Thanks again man.

It wouldn't boot loop and a file that small corrupting would be tough but....
