as long as it isn't that fugly gray phone someone linked in chat. Needs to be Quad core, unlocked bootloader, SAMOLED+, Vanilla ICS...or Jellybean, clocked at 1.4 or 1.6, 3500 mah battery....carbon kevlar the whole phone...(in the real carbon kevlar w/ the yellowish tint), 12mp camera, 4.3 or 4.5" screen....profit

There's still Europe and China and a couple other countries' regulatory justices... We're not in the clear yet :(

True, but generally speaking the world tends to accept US standard as the basis for world decisions. As a result, most rulings are the same or less stringent than used in the US. Being a biomedical engineer I've gotten used to it being quick and easy (weeks to a couple months) to get devices approves around the world while it takes years in the US.

Well with the EU and US following their lead with the ruling, I doubt it will be met with too much resistance.
