My Razr Maxx is sending texts to friends with my current location coordinates and address. How can I stop it?

This is more than likely malware. I suggest downloading "Lookout" - it's free from the market. It's a malware scanning app. If it can't repair or identify it, I'd suggest fastbooting back to stock to clear everything and start fresh.
