Anyone else having some slight issues with data randomly freezing up?

It is not all data, but geared more toward applications that utilize background data. I was using the smart actions (samples: Night time battery saver & then decide to try battery extender). Battery extender does duplicate the Night time battery saver except the timeframe. I had them both active at the same time while I was trying out the smart actions.

I have since removed all smart actions and still had issues.

Now I performed a factory reset and activated only the sample smart action "Battery Extender" and have not yet noticed and issues since the factory reset.

I should note I am not in a 4G area. I only get 3G.
