What would be the proper procedure to Back Up and Restore? I have cleared cache and Dalvik then back up and restore always fails. I'm using Bootstrap, any thoughts?

It's a problem sometime with bootstrap.What would be the proper procedure to Back Up and Restore? I have cleared cache and Dalvik then back up and restore always fails. I'm using Bootstrap, any thoughts?

Will need to bake those when my daughter gets old enough to enjoy I'm sure she would love the colors, plus the chocolate.
