You filed a complaint with the FCC about your phone's battery life?

Thanks, will Matt's utility work as well? All i did was go to fcc's site, filled online form about why i thought Verizon gave me a phone with small battery, then released same phone with huge battery a few months after, poor battery life, waited a month and Verizon called and gave me no trouble, happy to send me new RAZR maxx. Didn't think it would work but very surprised it did.

Good point. I totally regretted it, which is why I worked on getting 2 as soon as I could, lolThe issue with the Maxx unlike an extended battery is that it isn't an upgrade suited for novices and costs 100+ to update rather than $30-60.
That said, I don't regret not having a Maxx.

Awesome! One thing you will likely notice (aside from battery life, lol) is the thicker device has a nicer feel in your hand then the razr didJust received my maxx! Very happy!

Filed mine back on 3/16/12 still haven't heard back. But seeing how this has been done more than once now I would imagine to be hearing real shortly.

I have the buyers remorse now, lol. Thats great!Well this maxx is insane. Doesn't get hot like the razr. I went to our state pool tourney yesterday, full charge at 8 am, was on it all day, after I left around 6, still had 56% battery! Very very happy. Running stock, rooted, even ran the hotspot for 45 minutes for the at&t guys that had no data service. Wow
