HUGE warning to all who even consider this update. Like the 6.14.84.85 updates that have people stuck on them, this update will leave you stranded with no hope of ever going to gingerbread again. Those evil and sad words aside...
Download Link:
Has the crc and the zip in that folder.
This is to be applied over 6.12.181 if you dare...
If you are really brave you are on your own and this is in no way my responsibility if you choose to flash this.
I am rooted using the same method we use to root 6.16.206
Unstuck tool has been updated for 6.16.209 as well:
- mugsy77 and cynnar like this
Please do not Personal Message me for help or troubleshooting. They will be ignored. Post in threads or start one in Q&A sections.

I tried to update from 206 to 208 and it gave me an error. Trying to download 209 again but not it looks like DroidHive isn't responding
Redownloaded and gave me the same error.
assert failed: file_getprop("/system/build.prop", "ro.build.fingerprint") == "verizon/spyder_vzw/cdma_spuder:2.3.6/6.5.1-167_DHD-14_M3-8/120308:user/release-keys" ........
E:Error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(status 7)
installation aborted
Updating from 206 to 209, do I have to go 206>208>209?
Edit: Nevermind, I'm a derp. Just read through the UnstuckICS thread. I'll be following that procedure and see if this works.
