4.1.2 is not exactly specific enough since there have been 4 versions of that. You need to flash the proper FXZ else you'll never get past this issue.

"FXZ 4.1.2"....yup, that's like saying "Jellybean". It's a meaningless number because there are _4_ builds. 9.18 "something" is also useless. If you're flashing something to your phone and don't know what version it is you had on there and what you're flashing....well, the outcome is the situation you find yourself in. Sadly, I think you're going to have to flash "4.1.2" 9.8.30.1 which is the latest. If you're truly unlocked then it'll go back to being unlocked. if you weren't, then you will lose root.

We have seen another case of it showing "locked" when the update fails...(or halfway installs).. a complete FXZ (more than likely need to use the latest from sbf developers) should take care of it for you.... then if you were unlocked, it will go back to being unlocked..... then you can flash recovery and flash root....
Isn't that what I said? You were Samuri'd!

I was giving the phone to my wife. I'm just going to put her back on her commando for now.
