You filed a complaint with the FCC about your phone's battery life?
I think he filed a complaint because Motorola releases a phone every 6 days that is the exact same phone as before but with one added feature that is enough to make you want the new phone....

Thanks, will Matt's utility work as well? All i did was go to fcc's site, filled online form about why i thought Verizon gave me a phone with small battery, then released same phone with huge battery a few months after, poor battery life, waited a month and Verizon called and gave me no trouble, happy to send me new RAZR maxx. Didn't think it would work but very surprised it did.

That said, I don't regret not having a Maxx.

Good point. I totally regretted it, which is why I worked on getting 2 as soon as I could, lolThe issue with the Maxx unlike an extended battery is that it isn't an upgrade suited for novices and costs 100+ to update rather than $30-60.

As a testimony for needing a maxx i am typing this from og razr with portable battery connected charging so i can keep going, lol. Its recommended you dont drain battery to near death or below 30% (i think, lol). After being off the charger since 5am and after 10 hours not to many options. Also very few options at work to charge it there.
Oh well, Iike others i dont regret getting razr but the extra battery life would be nice.
