I'll fast boot back to .211 for obvious reasons...
Remember, there's going to be 2 different otas. 1 from 211 and 1 from the Christmas leak.

Make sure also unknown sources, ES File Manager app, make sure you go to settings in es file manager then go to Root Settings, check off all boxes, allow, exit, go back in and follow above instructions

the 338 MB file is the Christmas eve leak
The 338mb file is for those coming from ICS, it's an entire update. New bootloader, radio, etc.
The 40mb one is for those coming from the Christmas leak as it's only patching a handful of things.
