You could use matts old utility for gb or RSDlite to fast boot to 181 then take ota. I would go rsdlite, up to you really.Thanks for the response.
I'm using Safestrap. Do I use Matts utility to fast boot back to 181? The latest says I need to be on ICS to use it...

Shouldn't matter, fast boot wipes everything. If it works do a factory reset right after fastboot. If utility don't work rsdlite might be next optionI sort of figured this out myself, and I'm using the 1.6 utility. It's running, but I see a bunch of "Infopreflash Validation failure" message. I hope that's sort of normal.
I did this with safe system enabled. Should i have disabled safe system first?

you definitely don't want it to run down battery. Give it a few minutes then kill it and go rsdlite.

Which is the 181 fastboot file? Is it VRZ_XT912_6.5.1-167_DHD-14_M2-5_CFC_1FF_01.xml
or
Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US (I'm guessing this one?)

Then I suggest 173 file or 144 and take ota's you get to 211 ICSThanks. But, it keeps getting stuck on step 7/23 - phone returned FAIL. FML.

What version of rsdlite you have? It should be 5.7I can't fast boot back with any of the files - it fails on step 6/23. What to do??
