The upgrade kit has actually come down to $90. I got it when it was $130 and it was still worth every penny

Already ordered the toolkit, I can always use it for something. Just waiting for the tutorial and if its not too daunting, I'll jump in and buy the battery/back cover.

My brother just cracked the screen on his maxx. Anyone interested in buying his phone? Super clean no damage except to the screen...he bumped into something while phone was in his pocket...
