For the most part, I havent had any problems with GPS on any of the roms that I've tried, with the exception of CM10.1 and Eclipse ICS. When I was using Eclipse ICS, it would take forever to get a gps lock, and even then it would report an inaccurate location. As for CM10.1, its worked on and off, sometimes taking a bit to lock. With CM10.1, atleast before the camera fix, I would be able to get a fast lock at first by clearing the cache and dalvik cache in safestrap. I have tried wiping everything multiple times for both roms, but it always goes back to the problem. Does anyone have any solutions? I've also already tried many of the GPS fix apps in the play store to no avail.

EDIT: Interestingly enough, I just received a call, and the GPS locked and began to navigate. When I exited navigation and tried again, it didnt lock... lol
