Install Debloated Apps:

Copy apks to sdcard

Using a root file explorer, move apks to /system folder

Set permissions on apks to rw-r--r--

Move apks into /system/app folder

Reboot

SO i tried to flash this ROM using TWRP and it fails. I can flash the boot.img.zip, but the rom fails. I did wipe wipe wipe.

Hope you can help. i really want to try thsi ROM out.

Same thing here...we must be doing something wrong...What were your steps?

EDIT:

Mine were

Mount Everything

Wipe everything 3x

Mount Everything

Flash boot.img

Flash ROM (Fails with error: mount() expects 4 args got 3) (Status 7)

EDIT 2: Noticed there is no build.prop file.

I've gotten the same error on trippin beam I think it has something to do with the boot.img
