What exact error are you guys getting when it fails. I need to know what all it says first.

 

Are you guys flashing the boot.img that is posted in the OP?

In few minutes I`ll try again and say you what error I have.

And yes - I flashed boot.img..

I`m sorry - did I flash it right?  - 

1. Wipe cache / dalvik cache / system (I means factory reset..) (repeat 3 times)

2. Mount system

3. Flash boot.img

4. Flash ROM.

5. Got fail..

I flashed over CDMA and yesterday got an error that read "error got 3 args need 4" but I have not tried the new build. Yesterday's didn't have a build.prop file though.

I have a CDMA phone and just fails right away when it tries to flash with STATUS 7

 

Im wioping everythign 3x and mounting system. I flash the boot.img first and that goes through but once i do the rom it fails.

Does anybody have this working yet?  I'm curious to try, but don't want to jump in to it if it's not ready yet.  Also, I've heard conflicting information regarding the order of flashing the ROM and the kernel.  If anybody could clear this up for me, that would be greatly appreciated.  Is it the ROM then the kernel, or does order not matter?  Thanks guys!

Mine keeps failing also. useing safestrap to install, done all the wipes required in your post.  Runnig CDMA phone on 4.1.1.

I'll try flashing with CWM once I get the chance today and let everyone know how it goes.

I tried with CWM still failed. I would assume you would flash the kernel first.

Yea that's what I would assume too, but I read over at droid forum where some people were swearing by flashing the ROM first and then the kernel.  My guess is order doesn't matter.
