Before i try to update i`m on the leaked 6.12.174 rooted. Should i try to update it as is( I might try), or is there anything i need to do before i try to update? i`m so happy i got the email :)thanx

i would go back to stock unrooted

ok, should i rsd back to original then ota to 173 or would it be ok to just rsd back to 173. and once i update to ics should voodoo root keeper work to restore root. thanx

I could be wrong but I don't know if you can RSD back to .173 from .174 (think I read that in another post). I usually RSD back to .744 then just OTA to .173

ive gotten the email, but i never recieved the noticicaton to update yet :/ but i got the leak to install and rooted so unless the Soak is 4.0.4 i dont think ill be seeing anything.

It's really hard to say right now. We can hope that it is. If you received a invite, you will get another email detailing the start date which nobody has gotten yet. I have seen these drop the day before the soak so just hang tight and watch this thread as well as others that have been made. Once people start getting the next email, they will post them all over.

There are issues with the leaked build we have right now. To start with, Exchange security policy enforcement doesn't work (luckily, I can create a policy for our Corp exchange that lets me connect without it). There are a number of apps that won't run on this build that run fine on Gummy and Axi0m. I can't see them getting approval to roll this out as is. I smell a long delay.

This strikes me as odd that people are getting their invites still. I got mine and the leak was discovered. Usually Moto has small (around 1000 people) test groups for Soaks. Makes me wonder.
