Could be a bad file, maybe redownload it? Also is it named correctly?It isnt working for me. The installation fails every time a little less than half way through... any solutions?

should rsd lite have wiped my phone entirely? i kept all my apps and whantot, gained all the bloat, and was on .744. is this normal to still keep your apps after rsdlite?

Only difference for me is I already downloaded the files directly, no torrent, over the weekend and saved them. Hope you get it going.yup thats what they were named before. I'm trying a new .zip file now, so I hope it works!

Got it installed with no problems. Lost my root for some reason (did have voodoo) but it feels like a new phone. Very responsive, all of my existing apps and data are still in place. Am interested to test battery life and connectivity. Ran quadrant and got scores equivalent to what everyone else was getting...yeah...those scores kicked the GNEX's butt :-D

Ppl were able to do it with root (self included), no other way to get around it.Let us know how it goes. Thinking it won't work cuz of root

The new .zip isnt working either... the files are supposed to go directly into the /cache right?Only difference for me is I already downloaded the files directly, no torrent, over the weekend and saved them. Hope you get it going.

weird, when I hit open with it doesnt give me an option for reboot recovry via rom manager any idea? Doesnt even show Rom manager in the list of apps to select

Anyone find a problem with the torrent lmk, I downloaded it when it leaked, created the torrent and been seeding ever since... Not sure when it had to be renamed, cause I never touched it...

I was running Safestrap with clean 173 and Axiom ICS on the Safe side
I went to my non safe side, uninstalled safestrap, used the stock recovery and wiped data and cache.
Did the install and half way though the Android is Upgrading screen my phone stopped and booted into .173
what did I do wrong?

That'll restore it. I keep a backup of the preinstall folder on my sdcard just in case I need to remove safestrap for whatever reason.

Hey got this to load on ICS, trying the restore via Terminal. I seem to be getting the error that its read only like alot of others. Done it twice and same thing. Did I miss something?
