Is there some sort of mirror site where I can get the download from? for some reason the download op provided isn't loading, I think its because of the network I'm on. And no, I can't just go to a different network. Its not that simple for me.

I think the host website is down at the moment. I'll start uploading this to another website when I get home, but I won't have the link up for about another 2.5hrs.
