Does this rom still require safestrap or can it be flashed on it's own with twrp? Unlocked bootloader of course.

It can be flashed in twrp, that's what my tester used :)

I must be doing something wrong....I wipe wipe wipe them go into mount check system. Go back to install and try to install 1.04 and get a flash failed. I'm using twrp and coming from 4.1.2.

Is there a way to 'mount system' independently from a flash in twrp? I have no buttons on that screen to 'mount'.

I've loaded 4.2.2 Roms in the past, but I am back on 4.1.2 now. I also downloaded the kernel but can't get that far in the process to flash it over the ROM.

Thanks for any help!

Has anybody noticed the 4g 3g images revert to the stock ones when on WiFi?

You could be right. I had to rebuild the systemUI.apk and probably missed an icon. I'll get it in the next update. Thanks for letting me know! :)

I've noticed that too.  Another "bug" I've found is that the volume keys don't dismiss an alarm if you have it set that way.  I tried turning off my alarm this morning, and it just got louder :-O.  I had just loaded Friday, so that was the first alarm I've tried with this ROM.

Who cares what tomorrow will bring, as long as it brings candy.

I was playing around trying to get the skip track mod in the ROM and I probably messed it up trying to undo the changes :p thanks, I'll note it down :)

Is it possible to install this ROM via safestrap with a rooted phone with a locked bootloader on the new 9.18.79 version of 4.1.2?  I have kernel 3.0.31-g101ca72.

So i installed the Widgets, and i'm not getting a numerical indicator for Gmail and SMS, i WAS getting a '0' for SMS but now for some reason it is blank, with Gmail-1 selected i just get Gmail - S in bold letters across the top of the widget, the whole bottom is blank.

On a side not, the Vol Down + PWR doesn't work for me for screenshots (had to use apps to get mine which sucked)

That's interesting. Have you messed with the widget at all? I would just reload the widget from the zip. And I think I may have messed up the screenshot button by mistake. :p

Sorry been busy with work and haven't checked here, i will try that tomorrow and see if it changes.  Also, any chance you can look into a way of getting google wallet on this rom?

Google wallet won't work because it performs a carrier check and Verizon does prohibits the use of Google wallet. They have some xposed framework hacks but I have never been able to get it to work.

So this is really my favorite ROM that I ha e tried for the RAZR HD. The problem is that the 4.3 carbon ROM gives me much better USB tethering performance. I'd say I average about 4Mbps on this ROM and closer to double that on the unofficial carbon 4.3 ROM. Anyone else see this? The thing is... Browsing on a tether seems more reliable on aviator, just not nearly as fast.
