This is my first released kernel ever! :)

WILL ONLY WORK ON AOSP ROMS!

Features:

Frequency slot and other CPU tweaks
Custom voltage control
ROW scheduler
Pegasusq governor
Fsync turned off with toggle
Miscellaneous I/O tweaks

Problems:

None known

To come:
More tweaks to make smoother/ better battery life

Changelog:

R2 4/23/13:

Fixed some stability issues by reverting some commits

R3 4/24/13:

The fix for min frequency being stuck at 300Mhz; is now 150Mhz
Disable GENTLE_FAIR_SLEEPERS
Entropy tweaks
Lowered CPU transition latency
Updated Targa defconfig for compiliong for them
Latest commits from upstream CM kernel

R4 4/27/13:
Modified Smartrelfex driver
OCable to 1400Mhz
CPU OC and control
Disabled some Memory debugging
Set  fsync on for stability but decrease in I/O performance
Many more CPU governors
Many more Schedulers

R5 4/29/13:
Boot up at 1200Mhz still OCabe to 1.4
Disabled some governors and schedulers
Disabled some debugging

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSTALLING TRICKSTER MOD TO MODIFY KERNEL SETTINGS!

DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING UNDER SMARTREFLEX OR CORE OC IT IS VERY LIKELY YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR PHONE PERMANENTLY!!!
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DEVICE!

The kernel runs on your phone after you've flashed it. You'll see the affect in performance and battery life whether they be good or bad. You just flash the zip and it's all done for you.

I would test this but i can't find any ROMs here that look like they still are supported by the devs :(

I haven't. I don't know if AOKP has had a nightly/build using the 3.0.8 kernel. May have to wait for that.
