Rik, which theme are you using? I'm usually a big fan of black and red. I've tried a couple but aside from the red better bean haven't found one I like. Yours looks nice.

Update. Re flashed gapps brought in back (system was looking for Google play devices). However, the camera reverted..

Hmm, I thought the camera was part of the GAPPs package, but it may be part of the ROM.  I was using Byte's AOKP (before it was turned over to Tim), with the GAPPs from GOO.  The camera included in this version might be the updated one from the Google edition S4, which doesn't have the capability to save to external.

The camera (gallery) on aokp and cm10.1 are in the gapps. I did this long ago before we had a solid cm base to get to daily driver status. I completely forgot about doing that and slim is my dd (which has a gapps package compiled recently. I need to update the gapps packages for those two bases. My laptop battery needs to be replaced, but I'll try to do it on one of my flights. If my battery dies it may be a few days before I have free time near dedicated power.

i liuke useing the red too   (crimson cobalt) (galaxy red for go launcher ex) and (crimsin cobalt for go sms)

the only time I ever get wifi connectivity issues is when I play my scrabble app (happened on prior devices/ROMs/kernels/etc)

Get "WiFi connection fixer" from the market. It happens to me on all your f the 4.2.2 Roms and this is the only thing I found that fixes it. For me it happens every couple days.

I'm going to lock this thread. I'm about to take on a new endeavour which is going to drastically reduce my free time. Honestly, if I don't cut back on my dev time I'm never going to sleep. What I will do is start a SlimRom weekly thread as that is going to be my daily driver going forward.
