Do you mean Razr M XT907 or Razr XT910/912?

There's basically no roms that are actively supported for ICS anymore. You may want to consider updating. Otherwise, you can look in the Razr Legacy Roms threads for the old, unsupported stuff.

Just downloaded and will be flashing momentarily.  I'm pretty happy about this update.  It seems that Spadez is going to be doing these updates as Slim has official releases (seems to be about once a month).
