I have the droid razr rooted on 6.16.211.XT912 4.0.4.. an i have the OTA install for the 98.72.16.en.US. I try to install it, my phone will turn off, start the install process, and get about a quarter way through and then the install fails. What's going wrong? Why will it not install?!? Please help. Thank you.

The link posted takes you to the thread about the utility. There is a link right above '-windows instructions' that takes you to the batakang website. Scroll down a bit until you see the pictures of a XT912 RAZR. Link for download will be right below that.
