My imei number shows up as 0 and I've tried to fix it with Radiocomm and QPST but haven't had any luck. As far as I can tell the imei number is write protected. Does anyone know of a way to fix it?

Have you previously attempted to flash the phone to a different carrier ....?
Or did you by chance get your phone used, from a third party..

The phone's only been on Verizon, rooted, bootloader unlocked, and have only flashed stock recovery. I bought the phone new but I did replaced the phone's screen with a used one I found on eBay.

Yea the phone powers on and it shows that I have bars, but doesn't show if I have 1x, 3g, or 4g, and under settings-about phone-status-mobile network state, it says disconnected.
