i used 7zip and extracted the file to my download foldewr then moved it to my destop. im using the cord that came with my nexus. i dont have the cord that came with my phone. i did mess with the drivers i think. i used the drivers that came in the utility file. it uninstalled the moto drivers and installed RSDLite.not sure what RSDLite is but it has the moto symbol on it. im on a diff port right now. and rebooted.

You should kill that heavy fastboot process. I'm not sure if the usb cord would make a difference or not but couldn't hurt to try another one. I would try to unzip with WinRAR. I had someone else have issues using 7zip to unzip.

For some reason 7zip sometimes does not play nice extracting..... While it is great for compressing and editing zip files.....

I figuered out why it is suggested to be at 100% batterie. my UI says it is at 100% but when i boot into TWRP it says its at 91%. is there anway to fix that as of yet??

The most accurate battery indicator is when powered off and plugged in to wall charger.....

JB will automatically calibrate battery when it reaches full....

I would power off and plug in wall charger till it reads 100% :)
