I don't know man my setcpu is 3.0.9 and I don't have underclocking overclocking options it seems as if you have a different version but you say its 3.0.9 so I am at a loss here. Sorry. Only other question is did you after trying other install method restore your rom. This seems like an app issue but you never know.

Lmao! Sorry that threw me off never bothered to do that.:) I have no idea man the only thing I suggest is restore your rom go to rage op and install oc with that method. It is a two zip method I worked out. Did you restore before trying 2nd method? You are only person so far to have this issue. Sorry.

Maybe it's just user error...I've had this problem with the ROM Breakneck Blur as well as the Stock ROM. Do I usually need to reboot after I enable profiles for them to work correctly?

Did you uninstall no frills without clearing data? Try a reboot if that doesn't get it straight try the method on rage op. Much easier! I am sorry man. If you want you can try wiping cache and davlik but I'm shooting in the dark here. This is a unique problem man are you lucky! Lol!

I went to the ROM, wiped cache and dalvik, and then came back and cleared the data for SetCPU, and now it seems to be working fine...I wonder why it was like this in the first place though? I really hope it doesn't start acting up again, but either way thanks a lot for all of the help!!

Actually scratch that, it just started doing the same thing. It's whenever I turn the screen off and then back on, it just always seems to go back to 1325 max/300 min (I don't even have 300 mhz programmed with my kernel)

That's why you need screen on priority 100 the oc modules were made for ics and recompiled for jb it is a known issue with modules set your screen on profile to 100 and keep it enabled this will keep values from reverting to stock when phone is asleep for awhile.

I know the profile is on however because I set a notification to appear and it does without fail every time whenever the screen turns on...it's just simply not working for some reason. Maybe I should try emailing the person who made it?

Sorry misread your last post.I keep my min value at 300 because of this mine does it after a phone call. Some people dont have this problem all phones react different to oc. Until some creates modules just for jb we will have to live with it I guess. :) try that. Profiles are working though?

Maybe there's just a bug in SetCPU that causes the frequency on the main tab to be off? Because the profiles are being recognized as in they show up on the notifications when they activate, but when I actually open SetCPU the frequency is completely off, so I'm just going to email them or something and see if its a bug. That's honestly all I can think of at this point, I've searched everywhere and I can't find an answer anywhere else.
