Like a lot of people here, i'm "stuck" on 84 for now. I figure we might as well have some fun with it while we're here (although honestly i don't think it'll be long before we get new FB files and can move on to the official). This is an almost full deodex of the .84 leak. I say almost because once again, blur-service.apk was being stubborn and FCing once deodexed, so it still has an odex with it.

This is for people on the 84 leak ONLY. I take NO responsibility for what you do with these files. PLEASE be smart and only flash this if you already know how to recover from a softbrick on 84.


//////// warnings and notes ////////

• For this specific mod, you MUST be on the 84 leak. It has not been tested for anything but that.
• The 84 leak is the one that knocks you off of the official install path, so unless you're already on it, IGNORE THIS WHOLE THREAD!
• I would HIGHLY suggest installing the "CWM on boot" mod. This will be your tiny safety net incase something goes wrong. It can be found here:

• If you ignored the previous line....the 84 recovery method SHOULD save you, but this has NOT been verified.

Since these have become the norm recently, i'll include one as well.
Number of people who have publicly verified that this works: 4


//////// Installing //////////

• (optional) Do yourself a favor and install CWM on boot
• Download the deodex script
• (optional) Download the 1% mod
• Put both files onto your SD card
• Reboot into CWM
• (optional but recommended) make a backup!
• Install the deodex zip
• Reboot
• Upon restart, you should get a pop up with "Optimizing applications xxx out of 314" let that run
• (optional) Boot back into CWM and install the 1% battery mod then restart
• Enjoy!

Thanks! I'm planning a tweak script next. Probably some build.prop things to start and then i'll move on from there.

Good work man. Btw the gallery sync issue is there. At least on my end. Just wont sync to web galleries. This is blur related and will not be used soon anyway! Lol.

I hesitated to say bootstrap specifically because i recommend doing the CWM on boot mod first, but yes.
