didn't know it'd be that large of a post, my bad. the "already exists" part there i'm assuming is because i've tried multiple times without deleting the su app that's pushed onto the phone. either way, it always says "failure" toward the bottom there.

Flash the system img from the FXZ for that version and do it again.

Yes, I know you're running the HoM.  I wrote it.  :)  Your installation is not correct.  Post the CreateLOG results in the House of Moto thread.

System img is very large and takes quite a while, potentially.

Try using the rsd flash mode instead of fastboot mode..... it looks (to me) like its using the wrong fastboot file...(omap vs snapdragon)

I hate to be "that" guy but the download links are broken. I've tried searching Google for alternative links and I can't seem to find any on an English site. Does anyone have the files?

Nor will you.  The site that hosts the FXZ's is down for the foreseeable future.  We're told it might be back in a week or two.  Maybe.  And no, there are no known mirrors for the files.

That's not what I wanted to see but I appreciate the information. Hopefully it'll return. Thanks for the quick answer!

Do you just need the FXZs that are linked in the OP, .66 and .78?  I'll have to look at my files when I get home and see if I have them.  If I do, I'll upload them.
