I read hicks old thread about the stock browser. This is different. I am a new user to smart phones. As soon as I opened the box I updated to .181 stock with the phone itself. Rooted then sideloaded .208. When I went to my usual site (no not porn lol), it was fully functional with zero errors. Crack flashing fever took over and I flashed a couple roms. Liked the devs added features but needed the stock camera. Disabled safestrap and still had flash fully functional. Then .209 hit... Upon flashing I lost flash functionality. Now if I flash a rom I can have it, with minor playback error, but stock is not working anymore. I click on a video, it loads, then the browser stops responding. Just wondering if there is a work around for this, because flash player is successfully installed. It is not pressing but would be greatly appreciated if there was a way someone knew of. Thank you all for your consideration.

Have you tried other browsers?? Chrome Beta, Dolphin?? I read somewhere that using dolphin and in the setting changing it to on demand has worked for some.

Do you mean you never had a problem with flash and the ics leak? Or with chrome browser? What are you running if you don't mind me asking?

Really?! What site are you going to? I just tried and it works fine. .206 here, Chrome beta. You do have the flash app installed right?

If you launch the flash settings app and choose Chrome as your browser, what happens for you?

That's because it's not supported.

They open in the stock browser too, but flash still only works on some sites.

^^ I notice this too. This is going to sound completely asinine, but I find the players that have play buttons in bubbles often work. I am pretty sad because coming from .181 flash is fully functional. Grrrrrrr I hate being a perfectionist, I rarely use flash.

Expect flash support to continually get worse, and also hearing that doesn't shock me JimmyJazz. Flash is not supported in ICS by Adobe officially, so having anything at all work is good luck.

That's the thing Snives, my qualm is with the fact I had fully functional flash side loading from .181. That lets me know upgrading properly retains flash. I am wondering why it works in roms, and not in stock. Any thoughts my esteemed colleagues?
