What app is that you check provider speed with?
All I find are for checking internet speed.

How do you update PRL. On sprint there was a button to update it. Unsure on verizon

I had got a new NFC 4G Sim Card and it was pushed to my device when I activated

Unless its changed, you can dial *228 hit option 2....

Its changed the keypad won't come up but you can get around that but don't it will screw up your baseband. The *228 procedure is for the 3G phones.
