That file is the correct file. It sounds like you tried to feed it to RSD without unzipping it. You have to first unzip the file, then open RSD and select the file that you got when you unzipped it. If you want Webtop included you should go with Matt's utility though. It has it included. The fastboot files don't.I downloaded a torrent of whats suposed to be .211 lastnight but it says non fastbootable, its zipped as VRZ_XT912_6.7.2-180_DHD-16_M4-31_1FF.xml.zip and I'm hesitant to assume this is the stock .211. If so could some1 confirm so i can move along?

hi im new to this forum and the droid razr. i just recently got a razr maxx and rooted it after updating to the ota ics. ever since i updated the phone it has a mind of its own and has many touch problems so i want to rom it to see if that fixes the problem. i would like to go with the koa cm9 rom but it looks like i will have to downgrade to the .211 leak first. I was wondering if thats possible now that im on ota ics or not. thx for any info.

Use Matts 1.81 utility to fastboot back to fresh stock, then flash the .215 through moto recovery

I am wondering if anyone can help me with this question.
I have a Razr Hd--Rooted. I have Super SU version 1.45. There is now an update out there for Super SU. Do I need to update ?
Should I update ? I am sure I have updated Super SU in the past with other droid phones But am really not sure.
