My brother and buddy didnt get it either... They are on stock 181...im on leaked .79.... I think I'm going to wait until the ota gets rooted and checked out before I go where i cant go back

I haven't received any text messages from Verizon. I'm on .181 rooted, in IL.

I wonder if people who don't have a text plan still get these types of texts from VZW...

My grandparents have VZW and are without a texting plan but still get text messages from VZW.

They must be changing the IM setup because we've been playing with 4.0 for weeks and my messages get to me all the time.
