Wow, I don't log on for a day and look what I miss. I think its extremely sad to see a great Dev like RD3s get pushed out over something like this. I don't know all the details, or even the entire story. I have watched this happen with an open mind, but its still not what I expected from this community.

I just recently joined the site, and figured I had found the perfect Razr community and have been moderately active on the forms and enjoyed reading everyone's threads. It was great to see so many choices when it came to Leaks, ROM's and mods. I have never been on the XDA forums, and have stopped visiting other forums for this exact thing. I just hope that this gets resolved and I can continue to be a part of it. I would hate to have to leave yet another site because of drama and childish attitudes.

I will continue to follow R3Ds work on other sites if needed and continue to support his work. I really like his ROM and themes he has made for them. In a world where Apple sues everyone with an idea, and Verizon forces you around like cattle, I would hope that the community made by the people would be more considerate to its people.

My feelings exactly. Very disappointing it was a member of the admin here bickering with a member in a thread. Everyone makes mistakes and we're all human, but that's just bad form. SMH.

I dunno but I've tried a lot of roms for my maxx and this is by far the best one I've seen. I am super upset to see this result. I will continue to use his rom why because it works great. I am not going to rant because I didn't read all 50 pages of what happened all I know is I was happy with the rom and thankful that it was available

Hey guys I apologize for my cluelessness in advance but am I totally missing something here? I just want the dl link for the latest version. Still on 2.0 but updated to the. 215 leak and i came back to check for an update but I can't find it anywhere. Thanks

R3DS has made the decision to move all his ROMS and themes to R3DSTHEMES.com. you should be able to find the update there. If its not up now it will be shortly.

I did try to not flame any further but this enough. I am just appalled by the fact how you admins are trying to spin this off as "he left himself ". He left himself because he was repeatedly harassed and people kept saying $!#7 in random threads including your mod MATT... if you really cared you will actually read this thread and its contents and the other thread i linked which shows an admin in bad behaviour. None of the admins ever tried to fix the situation just kept blaming r3d. Everything was fine till he released a rom before everyone else and all hell broke loose. You guys think we don't see that. Frankly i don't give a frack about the warning points. If you and your friends are the only ones allowed to dev on this site so be it. I have been around from OG days it was always about credit and never about permission. Who takes permission from CM or AOKP or AOSP for that matter as long as credits are given that's all. Even linux kernel and million of open source projects behave the same way. That's all i wish r3d and this site good luck. i know there is a lot more going on behind the scenes with this but i finally had to put my 2 cents in. r3ds roms have worked amazing for me. if he used someone elses work i dont know but the question has been asked whos work and what and nobody can answer that. either way now it is turning into a power trip with the higher ups to back a person who is supposed to be a representative and set and example for this forum. not a good example. the funniest part i find is all this is happening because someones stuff was supposibly used in this rom and a person didint want that to happen. kind of hypocrital if you read the news page of droidrzr about verizon limiting what we can view or download etc from the internet. if something is posted it is ok for this forum to limit it but not verizon? like i said r3ds roms have worked great for me and i have tried others. not every rom is going to suit everyones needs but i truly believe r3ds has given credit where credit is due. isnt this how we all learn and better our phones or do we have to be in certain inner circle? either way this forum will go on as will r3ds roms. just sad none of the admins care enough to do what they are here to do except shoot people down if they dont like what they say instead of fixing the problem

on a more personal note.. i dont agree with some of the methods used by r3ds but hes a damn good dev.. and puts out great work..

I wasn't aware of an issue in this thread as this section of the forum I have left alone for others to police. Should this problem arise again in the future, please contact another member of the admin team via PM if you don't want other admins/mods to see it or use the report system and that will notify all Mods and Admins of the issue collectively. It's unfortunate that it got to this level and I'm sorry that the dispute involved a member of our team.
